That's why you automatically receive a shipment tracking number from Maxsneak as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Our team will begin processing your order immediately after you place it.
You will usually receive your tracking number within 3-5 working days after ordering – via email to the address you provided during purchase.

This email contains:

  • Your personal tracking number (tracking ID)

  • the link to the shipment tracking (depending on the shipping provider, e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • the expected delivery date

Once your order is shipped, you can track its status live at any time – from dispatch to delivery to your doorstep.

There you can see all the important steps of your delivery:

As soon as the first movement is registered in the shipping system, the status is automatically updated.
