At Maxsneak , we want you to receive your order as quickly and reliably as possible. That's why we work with international shipping partners like DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS , and other premium logistics providers to deliver your favorite products safely and promptly.

Shipping to Germany

Delivery time: Shipping usually takes approximately 12โ15 days after receipt of order.
Please note that this is an average guideline . In individual cases, delivery may be delayed by ยฑ 3-5 days (e.g., due to holidays, customs inspections, or increased shipping volume). -
Shipping providers: DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx or regional partner services (depending on the product and warehouse location).

Shipment tracking: As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email . This contains your personal tracking number , which you can use to check the current shipping status online at any time.

Customs & Import Duties: All prices quoted include all standard costs. No additional customs duties apply for Germany.

Delivery time: On average 15 days , with possible deviations of ยฑ 3 days .

Shipping providers: DHL, DPD, UPS or Austrian partners (e.g. Post AT).

Shipment tracking: After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link to track your package in real time.

Customs & Fees: There are no additional customs fees . Shipping is directly from our EU warehouse or via our partners with full customs clearance.

Delivery time: On average 10โ18 days , depending on the customs process and the chosen shipping method.

Customs & Import Duties:
Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties or import fees , which are to be borne by the recipient. These will be passed on to you directly by the respective shipping provider.

Order receipt: Once we receive your order, it will be automatically registered in our system.

Processing: Within 24โ48 hours your order will be checked, packed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping: As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

Delivery: Delivery takes place on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) by our partner service providers.
If no one is home, the delivery person usually leaves a notification card or a digital message for collection or a second delivery attempt.
